Keka is India's largest HRMS platform, serving 8,000+ organizations. CoreHR, Keka's core product, handles everything from onboarding to offboarding.

Background Verification (BGV) is a critical preboarding process that validates a candidate's identity, education, employment history, and criminal records before they join.

The Challenge: Most HR teams were managing BGV through fragmented workflows—switching between Keka for onboarding and external vendor portals for verification. This created manual data entry errors, delayed onboarding timelines, and no real-time visibility into verification status.
